A 2025 customer who got a free quote said the salesperson was pushy and made false claims about other local companies, and that JS&R quoted half the price and JP Carroll a third less. That customer also said Steve took the time to explain the products and the process. My experience with this company left a great deal to be desired. The pricing was exceptionally high, and the overall impression was that the company’s approach to customer service lacked the professionalism and humility one would expect from a reputable contractor. After reviewing feedback from other customers, I also became concerned about recurring complaints regarding workmanship and the quality of completed projects. When you’re making a significant investment in your roof, you expect fair pricing, quality craftsmanship, and a company that values its customers. Unfortunately, based on my experience and the concerns reflected in other customer reviews, I would have reservations about recommending this company. There are plenty of roofing contractors who can provide competitive pricing, professional communication, and quality work without leaving customers feeling that they are paying a premium without a clear justification.
I don’t know Bob but his sons are the worst. Don’t let these kids anywhere near your home. They were super annoying, rude and arrogant. They act as though they know everything and they’re better than their competition, from what I’ve seen they’re not doing so great. I have no idea what makes them think they’re so much better than others.
Just recently had 20 year old roof replaced. Bob and Sons - Steve and crew completed job in 1 day. They were very professional from start to completion of installation.
Simply the best contractor I’ve ever dealt with. I wish I could give this company 6 stars.
