Bob Kimball is more then a builder. He is a designer and a craftsman who adapted the original basic design to a very unique, custom home. His attention to detail and finish is seen throughout the 3,000 sq. ft. home. He worked hard to understand the homeowner's vision by providing multiple design options for the homeowner to consider. For those who have difficulty visualizing the evolution of their design Bob provides many opportunities among his completed projects to view design ideas.

I hired Bob to build a vacation home in Bridgton Maine in 2007. I had never been involved in a building project so it was necessary for me to rely on Bob's experience, expertise and creativity. I could not have been happier with the final outcome. Bob kept the project at budget without eliminating any of the extras and was on schedule at every point. He and his crew were always professional and continuously kept me informed as my primary residence is 2 hours away in Massachusetts. I consider Bob a man of high integrity and honesty who takes extreme pride in his workmanship.
