Main Eco Homes

Our experience with MEH has been nothing short of exceptional. In our search for a home builder, our key requirements included trust, transparency and efficiency. Throughout the time of construction, we found these values and more with MEH. Dillon, our dedicated project manager, kept us up to speed practically on a daily basis with texts, pictures and phone conversations. No matter how big or small our questions or requests, we always felt heard and well taken care of. The build of our new home was also exceptional. We were impressed by the efficiency of the home - we love the low energy cost to heat or cool our home. The construction team's professionalism and the quality of the materials were excellent. We especially appreciated working with our interior designer, Melissa, who really captured the vibe we were looking for. Thank you Justin, Ed, Rob, Dillon and Melissa, and the rest of MEH's amazing team for making us feel part of the MEH family! Jillian & Dave

MEH build our home in Gray in 2021--it is a beautiful place on Little Sebago Lake, and we love it. But this is about the service that MEH provides its customers--post build. A few weeks ago, my cousin's 4-year old daughter pushed a hole through one of our shower/tub units. It appeared to be a defect in the fiberglass. I reached out to Rob Dumont, the 'finish guy', told hime the story and sent pictures. He reached out to the manufacturer, who agreed to cover the defect, and it was repaired without issue or cost to us. Three years later, MEH stands by its product and supports its customers. It was good to be reminded that we picked the right team from the outset...Thanks to Rob and MEH!!

Unfortunately our home was one of the first to be built by MEH. The finish is very nice, but it was built poorly, many corners were cut while building it and we are quite unhappy with it now.

Maine Eco Home recently built our dream cottage. It literally takes my breath away every time I enter it. Justin McIver and his team have wonderful design ideas and impeccable craftsmanship. From our initial meeting to the final walk through, I can personally attest that attention to detail is at the forefront of everything they do. Customer satisfaction is their number one goal and they deliver every time! I highly recommend them to build your dream home! Beverly Chalmers Bridgton, ME

Great building experience. Maine Eco Homes takes all of the stress out of the building process. They are very professional and courteous. Our house was on budget and completed on time. We are very happy with our new home. Working with MEH was everything we expected it would be.
