Came to my house looked at my refrigerator whose ice maker was not working. He never opened up the refrigerator said my 4 year old fridge was bad & needed to be replaced & charged me $130..I got a 2nd opinion found out my ice maker had come unplugged.
My freezer in fridge was struggling and I called to have Bob diagnose. He came 24 hours later and diagnosed it. He said what I thought to be a kenmore fridge was actually and LG even though the front say kenmore. The compressor was going and not worth replacing. I respect and appreciate him telling me so, as much as I would love to have him fix it! I bought a new one today with his recommendation. Trust was built and I will call him again for any other appliance issues!
