Bob the Plumber was absolutely amazing. I had a weekend emergency and they responded right away. Mary even tried helping me with my issue over the phone to prevent me from paying the high emergency cost and saving her team from their weekend personal life. One of the team members did need to come out to my house. He was respectful, professional and so nice. He helped me with my issues promptly. I would highly recommend Bob the Plumber without hesitation.
Made an emergency call and was promptly scheduled for the same day. So thankful they were able to get out and help replace a sump pump and get my basement unflooded! Mary and Bruce are very pleasant to work with, very fair and pricing and overall I'm impressed with the service that was offered. Even took the extra time to ensure my furnace was running as there had been minimal water damage to it. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Would highly recommend.
They winterized my plumbing system and did a thorough, professional job. They were prompt and answered all my questions thoroughly throughout the process.
We had an emergency at 8pm on a Friday night in a new house we just moved into and were not familiar with the set up. Bob was able to talk us through turning off the water for the night and sent someone over at 9am Saturday to fix it. We so appreciate it! The price was extremely reasonable for a weekend emergency call. Thanks again!
I had an issue with my dishwasher not draining and Bob quickly fixed the issue and also helped me with a water filter issue I was having. His wife was also very helpful with advice on what filters to buy. Their pricing was extremely reasonable compared to what other larger companies in the area are charging. I will definitely use them as my go for any future issues I may have.
