The installers were knowledgeable, answered all my questions and solved any issues promptly. Clean up was great and payment process very easy. Patty P
I am not a plumber. Can I do some plumbing things? Sure, I have been in the residential trades for 20+ years now, mainly roofing and remodeling. My parents toilet wasnt flushing well, its 20+ years old mind you, I told them they needed a new toilet, they didnt buy it, wanted me to check the line to the toilet, it was copper and when I moved it broke the seal and it started leaking, I then went and got a braided line and switched it out, then the water valve started leaking, mind you this is an 1800s built house that hasn't been upgraded as it should, there is cast iron, pvc, copper, brass, probably others I havent found yet. I had enough and called Kennebec Plumbing, we also wanted the upstairs toilet fixed as that is leaking somewhere and the kitchen sink plumbing also leaking we wanted done, they came looked at everything and said they were gonna fix it right then, my parents only use cash and my dad needed to go to the bank to get money but it was already closed, so they fixed the main toilet and then scheduled us for 2 days later to come fix the rest. I wasnt expecting them to get it fixed so quickly for my parents and my parents have been without water to their main toilet for about 2 weeks now. Thank you for not just coming quickly for an estimate but willing to fix it right then and there! Highly recommend Edit for their second round of fixes Steve came alone today and still managed to get our work done in a very efficient time in my opinion. He figured out the upstairs toilet that was a minor fix we thought was going to be a major fix. On another note, My dad being retired and having had a bad stroke back in June isnt able to get out much right now as he is recovering and he loves to talk to anyone who comes around. I Personally want to thank Steve for taking time to talk with him, he managed to work and talk at the same time and with my dad thats hard. You made his entire month and I am forever grateful. Thank you for all you did! Im sure we will be calling yall again! 10 outta 10 highly recommend
