Kyle was stellar! The kids UTV had what was, basically, a tie rod failure. I contacted Kyle, he asked for images, he was quick with a response and a loose quote, as adjustments are always possible and needed depending on the situation. He arrived on time, was friendly and honest. The repair was quick and he was so kind as to ensure the other side of the steering “apparatus” wouldn’t fail right away either- and gave that a reinforcement weld also. All in all, perfect. It’s great to keep things out of landfills, continuing to work, kids are happy, supporting local economy- a win for everyone. I can’t recommend Kyle enough. Give him a call- you won’t be disappointed.
