Thank goodness for Bonafide Builders. After a negative experience with the building of our first home, my husband and I were weary. We had the perfect home in mind, right down to the colors, etc, but were reluctant to enter the construction world again. AND then, we found Ryan. He was patient with our on again, off again decisions, he was immpecable with his work, often using his talent to make the finishing touches better than expected. His timeline was always on track, and if there was a hold up he was quick to reach out to keep us in the loop. Anybody considering construction, big or small… will not go wrong reaching out to Ryan. He is one of the best, cost effective contractors and really has a talent for the small touches that many people would appreciate. If you are looking, please reach out to Ryan! I am extremely happy with the completed remodel of my downstairs bathroom by Bonefide Builders, LLC. Owner and Contractor Ryan Boies. The bathroom was redesigned by Ryan based on my needs for a walk in shower and moving laundry from the basement to the first floor. This was a 1980’s outdated bathroom. Ryan put a comprehensive price proposal together that included contingency expenses I would need to cover. This remodel took approximately 4 weeks. And no surprises related to cost based on the proposal. All the tile work, plumbing, electrical, sheetrock and finish work was completed by highly skilled professionals. All showed up when they said they were coming and were very respectful of my time and living space. The work area was always clean at the end of the day. I am recommending Bonefide Builders, LLC/Ryan to friends and family. It was a job well done!

Installation of three exterior doors were a much needed upgrade and came out beautiful, especially the front door with a sidelight. We also had three of our windows replaced by this team and our house and garage roofing. The state of the art chicken coop was an outstanding compliment as well. All is well for many years to come. Vic elsey is the owner and he was so unprofessional when I called him to get an estimate on how much it would cost me remodel my kitchen he told me he didn’t have time to give me a estimate and hung up on me.
