Hill View Mini Barns

In a February 2026 Google review, a buyer described shopping in the summer of 2024 for a 10x12 shed with at least a 7 foot wall, passing on big box stores built on 24" stud spacing, and choosing Hill View Mini Barns for its 16" centers, roof snow load and clear, simple contract. The company built a pad in about an hour, the buyer checked the installed shed with an 8' framing square and found it level, and after about a year and a half there had been no leaks and no critters. Hill View Mini Barns sells ready-built sheds, garages and camps from Gray, Maine, and says it has been in business 23 years. In an April 2025 review, a customer wrote that Hill View designed and built a custom garage with siding and roofing to match their home, that the onsite carpenters and office staff answered promptly, and that the team worked with the company that installed the frost wall slab. In May 2022 a customer wrote that Hill View custom designed their shed and placed it despite a steep driveway, thanking Zach. In August 2023 a customer wrote that the delivery man navigated a very steep driveway to an extremely tight spot. In August 2025 a customer wrote that the crew placed their shed perfectly despite excessive water in the back yard. In November 2022 a buyer wrote that sales rep Zach answered every question and that Shawn, the delivery guy, took about half an hour to drop the shed, set blocks and install the ramp. An August 2023 buyer met Zach at the Gray office and wrote that Total Property Maintenance did the pad and installation. In August 2025 a buyer wrote that they had just purchased their third building, and a May 2025 customer wrote that they have bought three barns and named Zach Nolt at the Gray office. In April 2024 a customer buying a second shed wrote that the first still looks new after about seven years, and wished for free delivery for returning customers. In September 2026 a customer wrote that Steve Lavoie worked with them over the summer to fine tune plans ahead of a fall delivery. In June 2026 a customer wrote that management would rather lose the sale than build them a custom shed with unfinished pine log siding they planned to stain themselves.
