Boston Brightest

Boston Brightest is a Somerville window company that cleans, repairs, and replaces windows for homes and commercial properties around Greater Boston, working out of Warner Street near Davis Square. Its Google reviews are unanimous — 5 stars across all ten — and they describe the full range of the work. In mid-2024, customers wrote about grimy windows brought back to crystal clear by a punctual, friendly cleaning crew; a broken window swapped out quickly with the drafts gone; and a complex frame problem a technician repaired outright, saving the homeowner what they'd assumed would be a full replacement. Several reviewers from that period mention crew members by name — a technician who left maintenance tips and a tidied-up work area, another who followed up afterward to check the job landed well. The same 2024 reviews show how the company handles the small stuff going wrong: a cleaner who missed a couple of spots came back the next day to redo them at no charge, a scratched pane was replaced without fuss, and a slightly misaligned window was corrected quickly. The gripes inside those five-star write-ups are mild — one customer said the repair took longer than promised, another found the price a bit high but worth it for the quality. The thing to know before calling: that entire review history sits in mid-2024, with nothing newer on file. For a window cleaning, repair, or replacement job around Somerville or Greater Boston, the work customers describe is careful and well-followed-up — just ask for a recent reference or two, and get current pricing and timing in writing.
