Boston Flawless Homes

Boston Flawless Homes is a Waltham cleaning company built around one visible owner, Catielly, who reviewers say personally walks through a home before the first cleaning and stays hands-on afterward. The company says it covers Boston, Waltham, Newton, Cambridge and a wide ring of nearby suburbs, offering recurring, deep, move-in/move-out and Airbnb turnover cleaning along with home organizing. The written record is unusually deep for a cleaning company — 162 reviews on file since 2023, holding a 5.0-star average from 190 Google ratings, with 17 more added in the last six months and none of them negative. The specifics repeat across dozens of reviews: a full walkthrough and quote before the job, a crew that shows up on time, and results reviewers describe as catching details they'd normally miss themselves. Several describe harder jobs than a routine tidy-up — a deep clean of a totally empty house ahead of a move-in, a pre-sale deep clean to get a home market-ready, and an organizing project with before-and-after photos of a kitchen pantry. One reviewer specifically noted the crew used pet-friendly products around their cat. In an April 2026 Reddit thread, a poster recommended Boston Flawless Homes, saying it cleaned the Waltham townhome they moved into and did a great job. A May 2025 review described a move-in deep clean of an empty house (kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, laundry machines) as extremely disappointing. For a recurring or move-in/move-out clean in the western Boston suburbs, this is a company with an unusually consistent, specific track record and a hands-on owner; the one detailed complaint on file is worth a look before booking an empty-house job in particular.
