I have worked with Vanessa cleaning services for over two years. They are truly excellent. Vanessa and her team always arrive on time, does excellent, detailed and impeccable work organizing and cleaning the home. Vanessa doesn’t do a basic pass over. Your house will literally shine (and smell amazing, too!)! I also trust Vanessa to come by when I am not around, working or on vacation, which is a HUGE plus. I usually have her clean the whole house from top to bottom, and have also had her do a deep clean after a very hectic child-filled summer! When we bought a new house we made sure to contact her to clean the baseboards and just get everything ready for moving in. She is able to tackle any sort of project from large to small, which is so appreciated. Though it’s a small business, she has organized her business with a high level of professionalism and organization. Scheduling is a breeze, I love that I receive official reminders but I also appreciate the personal touch. I can reach out to Vanessa for scheduling last minute, and she works with me to get me on the schedule in short notice. In addition to how organized she is, she is also such a wonderful, friendly person which makes the customer service top notch. Love Vanessa, you really can’t go wrong.
