Neither complaint carries a date, so there's no telling whether it reflects how things run now or an older, isolated incident. The Better Business Bureau currently gives the company an A+ despite it not seeking accreditation, though a 2010 press item claimed the opposite — that the business had, in fact, earned BBB accreditation around that time. That's more a sign records shift over the years than a current red flag. A federal-carrier tracking profile shows a modest operation — one truck, two drivers — with a clean safety-inspection record and a small-carrier registration dating to 2013. This fits a specific kind of job: a single piece of furniture, a family heirloom, a dorm move, or an international shipment a standard local mover won't touch — not a whole-household relocation. Worth asking directly about current transit-time estimates on longer shipments, given the one account of a badly missed delivery window.
