A September 2024 customer was cleaned around while still moving out, and someone on the team carried furniture down the stairs for them. Its own site says five years in business, while the BBB record starts in 2015 and several reviewers describe relationships going back further than five years. The one poor account is early. A first-time customer writing in January 2022 said communication was bad and the work was not what they expected, and that they hired another company to get it done in the time they needed. For an apartment, a condo or an Airbnb turnover around Boston, this is a small crew that brings its own supplies, takes short-notice bookings and works to a standard customers describe in detail. Settle the scope before the first visit — which rooms, and whether the inside of the fridge and oven are in or extra — because the appliances are an opt-in.
