Bausen Maid Cleaning Service

Bausen Maid Cleaning Service, based in Everett, has built a customer base that skews unusually loyal for a cleaning company — several reviewers describe the same cleaner, Renata, working their homes for ten, even fifteen years, moving with them from a city condo to a house in the country in one case. The reviews describe a level of attention that goes past the obvious: cobwebs pointed out before the customer even noticed them, crumbs cleaned from inside a toaster oven, crews that stay comfortable around large or energetic dogs and cats. More recent reviews name a second team lead, Binha, handling deep cleans and move-outs — including a Somerville apartment turned around on a day's notice for a Saturday move. Google shows a 4.8★ average across 25 ratings, and the great majority of the 24 written reviews on file, spanning 2022 through mid-2025, are five stars. One 2025 review is a clear exception and deserves equal weight: a customer describes the crew arriving two hours late, not completing the work that had been agreed on, and having to finish the cleaning themselves — a specific, substantive complaint rather than a vague gripe. It's a stark contrast to the long-tenured relationships described elsewhere, and worth asking about directly, particularly around scheduling reliability and what's actually included in a given cleaning. For an ongoing weekly or biweekly cleaning relationship, or a one-off move-out or deep clean, the long-standing reviews point to a company capable of real consistency over years — just go in with clear expectations about timing and scope given the one sharply negative account on file.
