Over Mother's Day Weekend we were informed that we lost our boat slip. We had 5 year rental agreement and paid for the slip in full for this season. We received a phone call saying the property was suddenly being sold and our boat could no longer stay in her slip. We did get our money back but unfortunately as most everyone who owns a boat in Falmouth & Mashpee know coming across a slip for a 30' to 40' boat is like a finding a four-leaf clover, that's where John from Bowen Real Estate stepped in.
