I’m happy to recommend Chad. He has handled projects at my own home as well as for several properties we manage, and his work ethic and quality are truly the best around. You’ll likely need to get on his schedule in advance, but he is well worth the wait. He specializes in carpentry, but honestly, between his craftsmanship and his general problem-solving skills, I haven’t found a project yet that he couldn't handle.
