Braga's Landscaping is a North Reading, MA landscaping business. In a November 2022 review, a customer said the company did a good job mowing their lawn for a while, but that it was very difficult to communicate with them and change services, with no reply over email and phone while invoices kept arriving. Snow removal drew a complaint in a January 2024 review from a residential customer, who said that during a snow storm they came at 4 a.m. for a sweep through the end of the driveway and then did not come back for over 16 hours, and that no live person answered the phone. In an August 2025 review, a person who asked an employee the name of the company said he started talking badly and insulting him.
This company has employees who talk to them and show disrespect. It's a company that has no discipline with its employees just because I went to him and asked him the name of the company. He started talking badly and insulting me, but I'm a man just like him. When I raised my voice, he tucked his tail between his legs.
Be ware if you are a residential customer.. This service makes promises they don’t deliver. Their commercial customer takes priority and they never have a live person that answers the phone. How can you have a snow storm and not take care of residential customers? I get it.. we are not your money makers but to come at 4 a.m and then not come the entire day, terrible!!!!. Oh I am sure they will charge for the 4a.m sweep through of the end of the driveway and make yet another excuse as to why they haven’t come for over 16 hrs. Don’t let them fool you.. They start out strong and then lose interest unless you are a huge money maker for them. Very disappointed!
