Very quick to respond to replacing my roof from wind damage. Friendly, professional and easy to work with.
Patrick and his crew were outstanding. They worked tirelessly until the job was complete. There was a big storm coming for the overnight hours and the crew committed to stay as long as it took to finish the job to ensure nothing was exposed to the oncoming storm. They only took one short break to eat something. Their attention to detail was amazing. I would recommend Brennan Roofing to anyone. I am very very satisfied with the job they did. Also, Patrick was on-site for the entire day with his crew,...that's something you don't always find. Clean up was perfect. Again, their attention to detail from beginning to end was impressive. The roof looks beautiful and I can't praise this company enough. I interviewed (7) seven different roofing companies before deciding on Brennan Roofing....I made the right decision!
Brennan and his team did a great job. Our roof was completed in under a day and looks awesome. Patrick had great communication throughout the whole process.
Pat and his crew are 100 percent first rate . I would recommend him without hesitation .
In January, we called Brennan Roofing to repair water leakage from the roof sections above our three dormers after several wind-driven rain storms. Patrick Brennan promptly replied to our request and came to our house to look at our roof. As soon as the weather permitted, Patrick Brennan came to our house with his crew at the time that he stated; they determined where the leakage occurred and promptly repaired the roof above each dormer at a very reasonable price. After moisture remediation work was completed in the interior of our home, we observed water leaking through the sides of the three dormer windows during another wind-driven rain storm. We called Brennan Roofing and they came out right away and replaced the flashing around the dormers, removed the siding on the three dormers, cut out all the rotted sheathing and 2x4's around each window, fixed the framing due to wood damage around the three windows, installed new flashing and seal tape around each window, and re-shingled around the dormers. We now have no more water leakage! We are very happy with the workmanship of Brennan Roofing and highly recommend them. Patrick and his crew are competent, friendly, and professional. Patrick will always return your text and voice messages. Patrick Brennan is a man of integrity and I highly recommend Brennan Roofing & Contracting.
