“Hammerhead Roofing has been excellent so far. I have a large, complex residential project and they have gone way out of their way to help me navigate it.”
"We make roofing a better experience", that's what I was hoping for. Unfortunately, not the experience I had. I contacted Hammerhead to look at a roof repair. The representative was friendly and knowledgeable. They came on a Thursday and I was told they would get back to me the following week, by Wednesday. I waited until the end of the week and sent a message asking for an update. Ghosted .. no response .. dead silence. A simple "not interested in the work" would have been appreciated rather than no response at all.
Joe Gambardella and Hammerhead Roofing were fantastic. Very responsive, price competitive and timely installation. Joe worked through many options and sizes and made sure I received what I needed for my project. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Great job, Joe and the entire Hammerhead Team. Derek Barnaby was the foreman onsite, along with his counterpart Joe. They took extreme care and communicated great. The work was completed in very little time. Great job to Derek and Joe!!
Professional and courteous service. Their team was there as scheduled. No fault of the work team, a part was received and didn't meet a specification. They promptly took care of ordering a replacement and installed as soon as it came in. Did a great job pointing our 32 year old chimney. Very customer oriented. It was refreshing to have a team on our project that took pride in their work and cared about the customer. Thanks!
Good workmen and a job well done.
We had our roof replaced yesterday by Hammerhead Roofing. They did an excellent job. The crew worked hard, showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up thoroughly. They finished the full installation in one day and came back the next morning to take care of a few small details. Everyone was professional, polite, and easy to talk to. We are very happy with the quality of the work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and local roofing company.
