I was referred to Brian Capone Land Services LLC by Astacio for excavation work related to installing a new main drain line between the house and city sewer - something I hoped I would never need to do. The project had to take place in the middle of February, with freezing temperatures and snow on the ground—not exactly ideal conditions! Despite the weather and ground challenges, the team did an outstanding job. They kept everything neat and tidy, coordinated seamlessly with the plumbers from Astacio to install the through-foundation fittings, and compacted the ground so well that you can barely tell a trench was ever dug. While we couldn't apply grass seed due to the cold, the area looks nearly untouched and should be in great shape come spring. Beyond their excellent workmanship, their responsiveness was top-notch. The office team was quick to provide a detailed quote and accommodating when we needed to reschedule last minute to have one more day with our existing drain line before cutting it off. A special thank you to Lester, who was on-site throughout the entire project. He was highly communicative, explained every step of the process, and ensured everything was done to the highest standard. Thanks to him and his team, the finished work looks fantastic. I had Brian help me out twice for a couple of projects. Shortly after purchasing my first home I discovered a deteriorating foundation that was covered up by the previous owner. Brian's experience and knowledge helped me find a temporary solution to reinforce the foundation temporarily, enough for me to feel comfortable brining my family into the house for 3 years until I could find a permanent solution. I recently used him again to help me demolish the same home. He was a big help throughout the entire process. From getting the permit to final approval, everything went smoothly without issues.
