Brian Chilton

Brian Chilton works out of Winchester, and the credential that matters for permit-pulling remodel work is in place: his Massachusetts construction supervisor licence, CS-105616, is active on the state registry in his name. What he has built shows up as permit work. BuildZoom samples six building permits pulled between 2011 and 2019 in Melrose, East Boston and Everett, for kitchen and bathroom remodels and for siding, and scores the profile a 90. Those permits are the older part of his history — the most recent one sampled is from 2019, and the towns on them are Melrose, East Boston and Everett rather than Winchester itself. If you are planning a kitchen or bath renovation that needs a permit and a licensed supervisor signing for it, he fits that job. Ask to see photos and homeowner references from his recent work, and confirm he takes jobs in your town before you get into scheduling.
