It holds an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau. In a 2026 Google review, Rick and Robert installed and tested a replacement condenser unit and coil, with tarp laid out to keep the floors clean. A 2026 Google review describes a project that replaced an old ductless AC unit and added three ceiling cassette units; in that 2026 review, the installation took place over several days with Rick and Yan, who covered all work areas with tarps and cleaned up at the end of each day. A 2026 Google review says Robert and Ian installed two mini-splits, with drop cloths everywhere and vacuuming after the job. In a 2025 Google review about a boiler sight glass repair, the technician did not have the part, took payment for the call, and the office said it would cost another $138 to come back.
Called for an A/C issue. Same day service and resolved quickly. The tech was friendly and informative. Thank you!
Worked with Chris to get a quote and Tony to ensure the space size is good for a replacement condenser unit and coil, within a day of accepting the proposal already had a date a couple days out. Rick and Robert, great guys, divide and conquer to get both installed and tested. Respected the area, laid out tarp to ensure the floors stayed clean and got right to work. I really appreciate the hard work. Unit's working great. A big thank you.
Roy from Briggs did excellent work taking the time to assess my daughter’s condo air conditioning problem. Two other companies diagnosed the problem as more expensive and challenging a repair. Roy explained everything and the prices for the items he replaced. I am thankful for his thoroughness and attention to detail. She is definitely going to get a price for a new system as she will need to replace system in the future.
Very responsive and reasonable prices. Reliable service.
First spoke with Briggs at 2026 Home Show, they came to my home to appraise, gave me a proposal (beat several prices from RI), I called over a month later and prices had gone up, they honored their original price to my satisfaction. Workers were professional and neat. I'm tough to please, but these guys a did it. Oh, the job was to remove a furnace and replace it with a new one. I AM A HAPPY CAMPER.....THANKS TO ALL AT BRIGGS
