We recently moved from California to Connecticut, so everyhing is still very new and unfamiliar to us. Starting over in a new state and trying to find reliable contractors can be overwhelming, especially when you don't know anyone. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with this electrical team. Paul and Adam were incredibly professional, knowledgeble, and attentive from start to finish. They took the time to understand the issues, explained everthing clearly, and made sure every detail was taken care of. You can tell they take great pride in their work. We look forward to working with them again on future projects! ========================================= 8/17/26 We had Alex, Paul, and Adam come back again for several additional electrical projects, and once again, they exceeded our expectations! This time, they installed a Ring floodlight in the backyard, fixed our front light, repaired and properly secured our garage light, organized the electrical wiring inside the electrical boxes, and installed a new light by the front garage for added security. Everything was done carefully, neatly, and professionally. We know how busy they are and how much demand they have for their work. Even with their busy schedule, they went the extra mile to work with us and make time for our needs. That meant so much to us, and we truly appreciate their effort and kindness. What we appreciate most about Alex, Paul, and Adam is that they genuinely care about the work they do. Alex came through in a pinch. Our original contractor didn’t show up for a couple of days and we needed to get the job done before the demolition crew began their work the next day. We reached out to Brighthouse electric at 5:30pm and we assured that someone would be at the job site by 9:00am the next day. As a multiple property owner we always look for reliable, honest and reasonably priced contractors. With Brighthouse, we hit a home run. Thank you, Alex

Showed up as scheduled on time. Excellent quality, talented/ artisans - come up solutions esthetically pleasing by using the least amount of small and minimum holes unlike other electrician's I've experienced -who gouge oversized holes/ destroying/ damage walls n ceilings without a care. Brighthouse does EXCELLENT WORK and understands customer concerns. Only one issue is response time to get a quote and getting scheduled, was laxed. Again, they are best in Quality workmanship and willing to work with us on price. Meaning they understand when it comes to everyday ppl's budgets (not rich).
