If I could give zero stars I would. We hired Brindle to do a spring cleanup, biweekly mowing and trimming some bushes and planting pachysandra. The area to plant the pachysandra is about 15’ x 15’. The pachysandra was not planted (they ‘forgot’) and when they returned to ‘finish the job’, pachysandra was only planted in 4 places in a clump, despite us discussing that I wanted it to grow quickly so to plant a lot. Also, the bushes to be trimmed were never done. He was unable to mow for 3+ weeks. When I contacted him, he’d tell me he’d be here on a certain day and not show up (that happened a few times). He also did not return my many phone calls. If you hire and sign a contract with this guy, make sure that the contract specifically lists the work to be done. My contract was very general and I was told the job was completed as discussed, which it was not.
This company did amazing work in my yard with care and every job they did for me I give them 5 stars for kindness prices and the outcome of their work is beautiful. Thank you Brindles and sons
Unreliable, didn’t complete the snow plow job that he confirmed by checking on Google maps street view as we agreed on, had to wait till late afternoon until he arrived but not to plow only to tell us that his truck is too big for the driveway and he cannot do the job. It was too late to try to find someone else so we had to clean our driveway from 2ft of snow ourselves!
Devin and his son came out same day to quote a landscaping job I needed done urgently to be able to list my house for sale. There was bad weather and despite that, they came when they said they would, communicated well along the way and got the job done perfectly. I would definitely hire them again for future jobs, and would recommend to others- thank you!
I hired this company to plow my driveway after the recent snowstorm and paid in advance. Unfortunately, the service was never completed. My driveway was not plowed, no communication. I reached out to him only to be threatened by him. I’m very disappointed with the lack of follow-through and communication. I would not recommend based on my experience
