Brooklyn Oil & Bottled Gas

Brooklyn Oil & Bottled Gas delivers heating oil, and a 2025 customer who called George easy to deal with, honest and reasonable left a practical tip: someone calling for one-off deliveries rather than an automatic drop may occasionally need to remind him if he doesn't show in a week or so, since he is often taking calls while on the road delivering. That customer also advised not waiting until the tank reads "e". A 2025 customer said they had been with Brooklyn Oil for 24 years and praised its customer service, repairs and pricing. In a 2024 review, a customer new to the state said their oil ran out twice and both times the company got to them that same day. A 2021 customer said George would come out any time they needed oil and that the company bled the line for no extra charge. On the heating side, a 2023 customer praised John's work on the furnace, and in a separate 2023 review a customer called the company their go-to for all their furnace needs. A 2022 customer of 35 years said that the last two times they needed oil they could not get any after three or four calls, and moved to a new company. A 2021 customer said the company would not fill their tanks unless the legs were replaced, and blamed the company for damaging the tank, saying it did not leak until they arrived.
