A recent customer who said Hometown has been their oil provider for close to 30 years wrote that a technician came out within 2 hours of the call when one zone of the heating system gave no heat. A recent reviewer said the company replaced an oil tank and cleaned up after. A recent customer wrote that Neil fixed a propane leak the same day and came back to repair a furnace that was leaking water. A recent customer said the delivery drivers are careful and respect people's property. In a 2025 review, a customer said that after a call about an oil burner at 8pm on a Saturday, a tech called back within 10 minutes and arrived in under 30. A 2025 customer wrote that Hometown installed their furnace and worked with them to integrate a solar hot water system. I’ve used Hometown for almost 10 years and have had nothing but the greatest experiences with them. The deliveries are on point, The Tech’s like Josh and Juneal do a great job. On time and quality work .

Hometown Heating has been my service and oil provider for close to 30 years. I highly recommend this company to you as they provide excellent service and they are committed to customer satisfaction. Perfect example was that today, I noticed that 1 zone of my heating system was not providing any heat.
