Brooks Property Improvements LLC is a landscaping business. In a 2022 Google review, a customer said they had been trying to get an overgrown property under control, and after a quick email and a face-to-face meeting the company was already at work. That 2022 customer said they came home to a transformed property and that the job came in under budget. A recent Google review comes from a self-described neighbor and landscaper who watched from their house. That neighbor wrote that the trimmer guys were slow and missed the curbline and every crack in the sidewalk and driveway.
I’m just a neighbor but my god was this hard to watch from my house. Bunch of rookies. Trimmer guys slow and are missing a lot of stuff, one of them was on his phone for like 5 mins while the mower was out back. This company is clearly not professional, missed the curbline, trimmer guy isn’t even holding the trimmer properly, missed every crack in the sidewalk and driveway, didn’t even bother touching the curbline. They blew off and then continued to cut which makes no sense. That was funny to watch as a landscaper myself. I thought some of the guys I work with were bad but this took it to a whole new level. Got a good laugh out of that though
We've been trying to connect with someone for a while to help get our overgrown property under control. A quick email, and a face-to-face meeting, and these folks were already at work. We left to run errands and came home to a transformed property. They came in under budget, and left our property in magnificent condition. Could not recommend them highly enough.
