Brookside Heating & Cooling

the service call was for a continuing problem with adjustments on our new air handler. Johnny Mackenzie had been here previously and therefore was familiar with the system and problem. he took time to think through the issue and made some adjustments to the air handler settings to get everything up and running smoothly again. he is very pleasant and competent and would highly recommend Brookside. We have been dealing with Brookside for what is our third home now and would not use anyone else

Tech was awesome. Came out on hottest day so far. Was able diagnose and fix my AC. Very friendly and understanding. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Great experience with Brookside! We just moved into our house and knew the AC system needed some repairs. Brookside was able to get Johnny Mackenzie out the same day to diagnose and repair our AC system. Great work and was able to explain everything to us. I would definitely recommend. They take care of their Veterans.

Attikin came and spoke with me regarding what my situation was and did a complete diagnostic analysis on my furnace, heat pump and central air conditioning system! He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I have a new “go to “ for all my HVAC needs from now on! I am very happy with his service and have no qualms recommending him and Brookside to all my neighbors and friends! They’ve been great about helping me out in a very busy time and saving this disabled senior from another day of misery in high temps!!!

The tech Attikin, was attentive and patient. He was open to questions and was focused on doing a thorough job. He ran into a couple of snags and promised follow up setting the next appointment in home. It was a level of service that is becoming increasingly rare.
