The other half of the record is consistent enough to plan around. Several customers describe damage during the work and no accountability afterwards: one says a technician broke a pipe in February 2025 and caused water damage to the apartment below with compensation refused; a BBB reviewer describes three hours of snaking that ended in waste water flooding the home, after which they say the owner pulled the crew off the job; a long-standing customer says techs damaged a drain line and the owner offered nothing.
