We had such an enormous odorous ant issue in our new to us old home. We had just finished off the second half of our basement and I started noticing ants everywhere. None of the home remedies worked. Ivan talked with me over the phone, he educated me on how ants work, he came out and bated inside and treated outside our home. At first it didn’t seem to be working as there were so many still for weeks. He reassured me and told me to trust the process. They have to walk through the bait and share it with the colony. Suddenly, they were gone! I would definitely trust him with any pest needs. And the products he uses are safe around children and pets! Thanks, Ivan!

Ivan of Bugzilla responded quickly and efficiently to my emergency of the hornet nest that was in my siding! I came home on a Friday to a dozen hornets inside and freaked out, found him on Facebook, gave him a call and he moved things around in order to come to my house to treat the nest the SAME day. He did an efficient and effective treatment on the hard to reach nest and now I have not seen but a few hornets around since! I am so grateful and appreciate for Ivan's help. He also guaranteed the effectiveness and said to call back if the treatment didn't take.
