Build Simple

A subcontractor was used to install our propane fireplace. It had to be completely re-done as we discovered the work was not done to proper code. This work started in April 2024 and we still have not resolved the reimbursement for that re-work with Build Simple to our satisfaction.

As an active REALTOR®, having the best resources for our clients is everything — and we’re lucky to have Ryan and the Build Simple team as our go-to contractor! We’re proud to refer them with confidence, knowing our clients are in expert hands and working with the very best!

So thankful for Ryan and the team at Build Simple! Not only are they incredibly skilled, but they’re also thoughtful, considerate, and timely. When they built this gorgeous office on my existing property, the care and attention to detail they put into every step was truly impressive. It’s an absolute honor to recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor who communicates, shows up, and gets the job done right!

Ryan and team were a pleasure to work with and at a reasonable price. They completed a shower to bathtub remodel for our home and were quick to pivot after some supply chain issues challenged the timeline of the project.

I love these guys! My hubs and I approached a number of builders with our early 1700s home asking about reconstruction ideas. Most wanted architectural plans to lead them. But these guys! This builder listened to my dreams and joined in with me on the creative process to produce a one-of-a-kind epic home that everyone who knows us can enjoy! I will be eternally grateful for this caring company of great humans!
