Diversified Property Services, LLC is a Marlborough-area handyman and remodeling business. Its Thumbtack profile says it offers general contracting, home remodeling, snow plowing, roofing, siding, painting, decks and basement finishing, with six years in business and Todd named in customer reviews. The clearest customer pattern is seasonal snow work. Reviews from 2022 through 2025 describe Todd responding quickly to an emergency snow-removal request, tailoring a plow plan, communicating arrival and tasks, answering questions promptly, arriving on time and charging competitive prices. One 2023 Google review also praised a kitchen remodel that finished quickly. The profile reports a 5.0 rating from nine Thumbtack ratings, 14 hires and 73 project photos, while Google shows one five-star rating. Thumbtack also lists a Construction Supervisor license verification and a background check, but those are directory statements rather than a state-registry confirmation. For snow plowing around Marlborough, the customer history is the strongest guide. For remodeling, roofing, painting or other larger projects, ask to see relevant completed work and confirm the current Massachusetts license details before booking.

We used Todd's services this winter for snowplowing and were pleased with the quality of his service. Todd was professional in his interactions and I'd definitely recommend hiring him if you are looking for help.
Todd was amazing to work with ! He performed an incredible job on our driveway and ensured that he communicated his arrival and the tasks he would focus on while on-site. Since the previous owners neglected to maintain the driveway, it was fantastic to work with someone who took such good care of it. We are eagerly anticipating the opportunity to continue using his services for future projects and during the upcoming snow season.
Todd is very professional and good at what he does. He is very responsive. Answered all my queries in timely manner and make sure that all of them are resolved. He always shows up on time and his prices are also very competitive. He tailors the plow plan according to your needs. I highly recommend him.
Excellent service and very punctual. Would definitely hire again!
The contractors did an excellent job with the kitchen remodeling. Our kitchen has undergone a significant transformation because to the skill and artistry of their staff. They finished the job quickly, leaving us with a wonderfully updated room that exactly satisfies our requirements.
