Lead remediation can be a stressful process, especially when remediation work needs to be completed while there are residents living in the building. Lars took an extremely challenging situation and he handled it with grace and professionalism. He is one of the most responsive contractors I have ever worked with, he communicated clearly and met his deadlines. Lars' work ethic and demeanor helped me in more ways than I could ever explain. He will forever be my go-to lead guy and I will refer him to anyone that asks! Thank you for going above and beyond!

Excellent communication and service. Met my expectations and then some… Lead paint removal was easier than I thought, but worth the peace of mind. Very clean and organized.
