Builders Installed Products Maine is an insulation installer in Portland. Its website lists attic, basement, ceiling, crawl space, floor, garage and wall insulation, along with insulation removal and retrofits, and names Portland and Scarborough as its service area. A 2023 Google customer called it a professional insulation company, said they communicated well and showed up when scheduled, and recommended them for exterior foundation waterproofing. A 2025 Google customer who had gutters and covers installed said they were given no option on the covers and called them $500 of useless grates. That 2025 customer also said the gutters were not at the correct pitch and that Bill never responded during several months of calls about a quote and a fix.
