Peak Performance Exterior Home Improvement Inc

Outstanding experience. What I thought was going to be a quick repair became a little more complicated. They handled it perfectly. Clear communication. Excellent craftsmanship at a very reasonable price. Replaced my porch roof and beams in one day. Cleaned up beautifully. Highly recommend Peak Performance for any of your exterior home improvements. Great job guys!

I needed a new roof for a family cottage and Eric arrived to accommodate me over a holiday weekend for a quote. He provided me with samples and was very professional. Upon preparing for the quote, he noticed a couple of nail pops. He went home, got caulk and repaired without charge. The communication was great through the process. He was very clean as he had tarps out and left the property clean upon completion. Roof looks great.

Eric and Peak Performance Exterior Home Improvements were excellent to work with. Eric came out promptly for an estimate, provided multiple shingle samples, and even shared addresses of homes using the shingles we were considering, which was extremely helpful. Communication throughout the project was outstanding. Eric was responsive, clear, and reliable. The pricing was reasonable, the timeline was honored, and the work was completed exactly as promised. His crew was courteous, professional, and took great care of my property. If you’re looking for a trustworthy roofing or siding contractor, I highly recommend Peak Performance Exterior Home Improvements and Eric.

Eric and his crew put a new roof on my house, garage, breezeway and basement walkout yesterday and did an amazing job. They started at 7am, and not long after ran into a snag...all of the plywood decking on my house needed to be replaced (about 50 sheets!). In spite of that, they still were able to finish up everything in one day. They even put new cap shingles on my shed and replaced a few pieces of siding for me. Even with the added cost of the new plywood the total cost was a bit less than the nearest competing quote using the same shingles and materials. Everything was cleaned up and they took care to protect everything around the house as they worked. I would highly recommend Peak Performance Inc. to anyone looking for a roofing contractor!

Eric and his crew did an amazing job siding my house. They were very professional and respectful of my property. Eric is trustworthy and honest and took care of any problems that popped up. Eric is easy to work with and pays attention to details. I am extremely happy with the job he did and would highly recommend Peak Performance for all your roofing and siding projects.
