BuildPROS recently redid our front porch and stairs for our old Victorian house, and we were very impressed with their organization, communication, and final product. They helped us choose a new material for the flooring that looks great and will last much longer, while also maintaining the exact style and look of the porch despite needing to replace multiple components. Rouben (owner) and his team worked with us along the way to keep costs down when structural or electrical issues arose. Rouben was professional, honest, collaborative, and available despite running a large team - we look forward to working with them again on other projects for our home.

Rouben, Mike and the crew are fantastic. We had extensive work done on a house that we purchased last year including an external french drain, new roof, hvac, plumbing and electrical systems, and kitchen and bathroom renovations. They are very knowledgeable and reliable. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

After a car crashed into our house, we hired this company in mid-June to handle repairs alongside a required by them public adjuster for a 10% fee. Once we signed, the experience completely fell apart. They repeatedly demanded our insurance checks as they came in, but the only invoice they sent literally just said “insurance payout” with zero itemization or explanation of what work was actually being done. When I questioned this, they gaslit me—claiming I had signed a contract agreeing to hand over money as it arrived with no invoices required, and insisting "this is just how it works." Five weeks later, there was still no work plan, and the adjuster hadn't even submitted his paperwork to insurance. To make matters worse, when the stress caused me to get emotional and hang up during a phone call. The adjuster refused to work on our case unless I apologized. We cut ties.
