A 2024 customer said they first became a customer over 30 years ago, mostly for screen and storm window replacements and repairs. That 2024 customer said the company replaced very large vertical living-room windows in their Lincoln house through ProEdge Remodeling, and the contractors finished the job in one day. Excellent experience. Windows are great and price was much less than next closest bid . Chris was great to work with
I ordered a impact glass patio door and a window in August to be installed in October. Joe, the install manager, came out to verify the order and document the install process. Two young installers came out on October 17 at 10 AM, as scheduled, and began by working on the window. By noon it became apparent that they would not complete the install by the end of the day. I called customer service and Joe said he would be on site ASAP. Joe arrived with a 4th man and all 4 worked until after 6 PM to finish the project. I cannot speak highly enough about this level of customer service. I will be replacing all my windows over the next few years and because of Joe and his team I will use Custom Built going forward.
Very poor quality. Many problems with fit and function
Chris helped us size and oversized custom screen door. Service was excellent, door well constructed and made in a week. Highly recommend
