Built Remodeling

A great experience from start to finish! Marcelo came by and checked the house to see what needed to be done. I got his very reasonable proposal via text and e-signed online. Fast and efficient. They came when promised and worked every day , prepping for the paint job, doing the carpentry repairs, and then painting the house, all in a week’s time. The painters even worked through the weekend to get it done before bad weather. They did a great job at a reasonable cost. I will have them back whenever I need work done on my house.

At first I was very excited to work with Marcelo, he seemed genuine, but once he got paid that’s when the communication stopped and so did the work. He finally got back to and all I got was excuses of why he didn’t complete the job. I actually believed him and even gave him another opportunity. And again he never came through. I’m more disappointed and hurt that he got paid a huge chuck of money and left my place in shambles. He took advantage of the situation and he proved that he is not a man of his word.

We were referred to built remodeling from a friend of ours. We are highly impressed by the quality of work and his crew’s flexibility to accommodate projects during the colder spring days. We have had built remodeling complete 3 projects within the last 3 months. We are looking forward to having build remodeling complete more projects for us in the future.

This company did my floors terribly. Not to mention they never came back to truly finish the floors. There were lumps everywhere and they complained about needing to rent a grinder to fix the issue. After voicing my concerns, the owner scheduled 4 different meetings, and bailed every time. He’s now ignoring my calls/texts. Save your self the headache and find another contractor. Very happy with Marcelo and the Built crew. They did a significant siding repair on our home and were professional, thorough, and did a great job. The cost was significantly lower than a competitor and the job was completed professionally and thoroughly. It took a while to complete, but it was an outdoor project during the heatwave of July so I can't really complain about that. I will reach out to Built when we look to do some other home improvements in the future.
