One recommended the company for a full kitchen build, noting it wasn't the cheapest quote but that the process was easy and the result matched what was promised. Another, replying in a deck-company thread, said Faithful Build didn't do decks but had done a bathroom — fair market pricing, honest, and quality work, with no upselling. The Better Business Bureau grades the company A-, citing how long it's been operating rather than any complaint — its BBB file was only opened in December 2025, and it isn't BBB-accredited.
