Two floors of a rental property, emptied in a few hours: that is the kind of job Burns Cleanouts & Junk Removal takes on. The company describes itself as a local same-day junk removal outfit in Lakeville, MA, focused on home and estate cleanouts, and its website names Sean Burns as the owner and says it has been in business for one year. On Google it carries a 5-star rating from 137 ratings. The rental job came from a landlord whose previous tenants left trash and furniture behind; Sean and the crew had the first and second floor emptied within a few hours. Sean cleaned out one customer's basement, removing 50 junk tires, a heavy wood chest and old garden equipment. A Middleboro customer said they cleared the debris and junk from home renovations. Speed comes up in the small jobs too. One customer texted a photo of a mattress, box springs and frame, got a quote within 30 minutes, and had the pickup moved earlier. Another said Sean replied within a couple of minutes and was at the house an hour later with his partner, Mike, hauling away old outdoor furniture. A customer in the Wareham area said they came the very next day after looking at the job and gave an option when a small boat was added to the pickup. On price, a West Bridgewater customer said they beat the big franchise quotes by a lot, and one customer said they received a senior discount on the removal of a large, heavy couch.
