A wooded site between two mountains did not stop one Burrington’s Solar Edge project: in April 2025, a customer said Gail found a way to make solar work there. A July 2024 customer described a different challenge, a failed SolarEdge inverter. They credited Gail with contacting the manufacturer, working through warranty coverage and answering questions until the system was running again. The company says it has been in business for 35 years. Its Connecticut electrician licence ELC.0195608-PV1 and home improvement contractor registration HIC.0568720 were active at the October 30, 2026 registry check. Google gives it 3.7 stars from three ratings. The company asks for patience while it responds to inquiries in order of receipt, and says providing an email address helps it reply outside normal hours.
I have a tricky location for solar ( in the woods between two mountains ) but Gail was undaunted and creative and made it happen when noone else could. I am so grateful for the sustainable energy home she has helped me create.
Gail was the first solar contractor we contacted when our Solaredge Brand inverter stopped working. She is the most knowledgeable person I could imagine working through the issues and making sure the warranty covers everything as it should. She's made the process as easy as possible, corresponded with the manufacturer and answered any of our questions. It's very possible she knows more about our system than the manufacturer as she ends up giving their engineers suggestions more than the other way around. We're up and running again and she's been great. Would be the first to call in the future or recommend to anyone looking for a certified installer.
