Byrd's Contracting, LLC

Tim and his crew did a great job on my kitchen very professional. Everything is beautiful top-notch

My mother needed a new roof on her house. Not knowing who to call or trust as through the years she came across dishonest contractors who never returned when the job went sour, I referred her to Timmy Byrd of Byrd’s Contracting. Byrd’s Contracting did an exceptional job. The roofers showed great craftsmanship. The job couldn’t have gone any better than it did. There was great communication, the work was done precisely and the roofers were very neat. Debris was constantly picked up and the grounds kept clean. The outside was left super clean at completion. The entire company was very accommodating but mostly very honest and delivered what was contracted. The house looks fantastic with the new roof!Thank you so much Byrd’s Contracting for the great work, respect and honesty this company showed my mother and for the excellent job delivered !!

Tim and team did a fantastic job with our home project. The job included a full renovation of an unfinished bonus room above the garage, installing new flooring in the bedroom attached to the bonus room, and sheet rocking the entire garage. There were lots of hurdles to overcome with the Town in order to obtain permits for the project. In the end, Byrd’s Contracting came through for us. We would not have wanted to go through this process without Tim.

Byrd's Contracting redid the windows with new trim and also installed a sliding door in the bedroom, and the process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The quality of the work really stands out — everything looks clean, tight, and professionally finished. The trim work especially made a huge difference and gave the windows a polished look. They were also great about providing insight to the project and what would work best for the space. The sliding door installation came out perfect. It opens and closes smoothly, seals well, and completely upgraded the feel of the room. The crew was on time, respectful of the space, and kept the area clean throughout the project. Overall, the work and attention to detail speak for themselves. Highly recommend Byrd's Contracting for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work.

We began working with Tim Byrd in 2022. We initially started with new tile floors in two rooms, a large window replacement and an outside door replacement. All were completed professionally, on time, and we were more than satisfied with the quality of the work. In 2023 we decided to completely renovate two bathrooms and we hired Byrd again. Once again, the work was completed professionally, on time and exceeded our expectations. Just this past spring (2025) we decided to tackle our biggest project, a complete kitchen renovation. This included removing walls, one being a load bearing wall, a new 8 ft window, a 9 ft island, rearrangement of new doors, cabinets, appliances, etc, the design of which was created with the help of Tim Byrd and crew. The job was finished within the scheduled timeframe and the kitchen looks better than expected!! The pictures speak for themselves as to the results of the work done by Byrd Contracting. We plan to use them for possibly one last project on our house soon. We highly recommend them.
