An August 2023 customer described five years of projects with Rob and the team at DRM Home Improvement: chimney repointing, a new roof, structural changes to a garage that eliminated a lally column, and a bathroom makeover. The customer praised timely work, detailed answers, accountability and fair pricing. That customer also described a toilet problem they attributed to manufacturing. When told about it, Rob immediately promised to fix it. The review praised that response. Rob and team have done several – diverse projects for us over the past 5 years. These include chimney repointing, a new roof, garage structural reengineering (eliminating a nuisance lally column) and a bathroom makeover. The work is always timely. Attention to detail and accountability are aspects of DRM that stand out to me. Staff always have thorough answers to any question. I never get the feeling a job is being rushed. We had an issue with a toilet that was obviously manufacturing. When bought to Rob’s attention – there was no question or hesitation. “We will fix it.” Pricing I find to be fair. I no longer look around for better because I know the quality I will get from DRM. I recommend DRM highly.
