Prompt, professional and agreeable. Couldn't ask for a better experience. He even took the time to explain some of the features of my camper. Will certainly use this service again.
Extremely poor customer service..never returned calls or stopped by when he said he would. Seems like big business is top priority for this business as opposed to local community customer needs. Based on the fact that his Grandfather installed our original septic system years ago, we were very disappointed that this business was not sympathetic to our needs for homeowner septic repair.
Called, tried to set up an appointment, he agreed on a day and then never followed up. I was a previous customer and you would think that would count for something. Just as well, his competitor at least knows basic customer service.Update, I find it interesting you’re quick to respond to a review but can’t seem to follow up with a phone call. I call it like I see it Chris, I would give you zero star if possible.
Chris QUICKLY came (within 2 hours after we called!) for an emergency pump and augered out our blocked line so we were back in business. UNFORTUNATELY Chris has been very unresponsive for the last 2 months. We have been trying to have him inspect and likely replace our septic line (from the house to the tank) but he does not answer the phone or return text messages. During a chance encounter in a parking lot, he promised to send someone out the next day but since then (almost a week ago) we have heard NOTHING. We can't even get a bill from him for the pumping and "roto-rooter" work. Nice guy but we are questioning his reliability and commitment
