My husband and I had a problem with our washer and dryer. My husband reached out at 9pm and I had a response at exactly 9am the next day. I sent the model number for both our washer and dryer and Cal ordered parts the same day. We were on his schedule within a week and he was up front about the quote. Detailing out the totals for parts and labor. He arrived right on time and repaired the suspension rods in our washing machine and the heating element in our dryer in under 2 hours. He was also very kind to my dogs who felt the need to micromanage him. It's been 5 days since he fixed our machines and they are working beautifully.

My refrigerator and freezer recently stopped working properly. After spending quite a bit of time trying to diagnose the issue myself with no success, I decided to Google appliance repair near me. Cal's Appliance came up with incredible reviews, so I gave him a call. I called and followed up with a text as instructed in his voicemail. Cal responded quickly and said he could be out within a few hours. He also kept me updated via text on his arrival time, which I appreciated. Upon arriving, Cal took the time to thoroughly inspect the refrigerator and freezer, checking the different components and removing the necessary panels to get a better understanding of what was causing the issue. He was able to diagnose the problem, explain what was happening, and provide a solution. He also told me that if the solution didn't work, he would come back out at no additional cost. His pricing was incredibly fair, especially considering the time he spent inspecting everything. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. It's nice to find someone who shows up when they say they will, takes the time to actually investigate the problem, and charges a fair price for their work. I can absolutely see why Cal has so many positive reviews. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for any future appliance issues, and I highly recommend him.

Cal was very prompt answering my text message. He was able to work around my schedule. Gave a 2 hour window and showed up right at the beginning of it. He came and diagnosed very quickly. Unfortunately my front loader washer wasn't fixable for less than the cost of a new one. Would highly recommend him.

Quick, transparent, pleasant. Showed up on time, worked quickly and didn’t leave a mess. I only let him know the issues with my disheasher over the phone, and he actually figured out the dishewsher model based on the issues I described without me telling him! Love the expertise, he knows what he’s doing. Very highly recommend.

It was our first time calling Cal., who was recommrnded to us by an appliance store. Cal fit us in the same day to repair a GE Profile oven door that would not open. We could not be happier with his service and reliability.
