Keith's Appliances has gone above and beyond with assisting us with problems with our 3 year old refrigerator and working with New Leaf warranty to get us a replacement refrigerator. Everyone we have worked with (Jim from service, McKenzie from sales and Ashley as a go-between with New Leaf and KitchenAid) have been excellent in their service and communication with us; helpful, kind, professional. We have been very pleased.
