A 2023 customer had the company build an entire interior fireplace wall with every stone hand-cut on site; it's now, in their words, the centerpiece of the house, and they went on to rehire Cornerstone for a full backyard renovation. A 2025 review separately praised decorative stonework the crew did on a home's foundation. The company says owner Seth Campeau and his team have done custom stonework across Cape Cod for more than 20 years, with a stated service area running from Orleans and Wellfleet down to Chatham and Barnstable; Shyla Campeau is also listed as a business contact. Not every recent account is as smooth. One 2025 reviewer describes sending Seth photos and a detailed project write-up at his own request, then never hearing back about scheduling a visit — worth asking about upfront if you're trying to get a quote started. A separate 2025 review, unrelated to any actual job, describes a company truck driving aggressively and tailgating on Route 6 near Hyannis. Google's own header for the business shows a 4.3-star average but oddly lists zero ratings behind it — that number doesn't line up with the five dated reviews actually on the page, which run more mixed: solid praise on finished stonework alongside the unanswered-quote complaint above.
