Cape Cod Dumpster Rental by Precision Disposal

Dumpster placement and scheduled pickup are recurring details in customers’ accounts of Precision Disposal. One January 2026 reviewer described ordering two dumpsters to clear storage lockers, receiving prompt service at a reasonable price, and having the containers placed where requested. A July 2026 reviewer praised real-time communication and an easy transaction. Precision Disposal says it rents roll-off dumpsters for residential and commercial work and also handles junk, green waste, furniture, electronics and mattresses. Its website describes service in Cape Cod and the South Shore, elsewhere in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Florida. The company says Nick Bennett founded it in Plymouth, initially as a demonstration project for his marketing company’s SEO services, and later partnered with Jesse Roberts on a Port St. Lucie location. Google lists a 4.8-star rating from 75 ratings. A March 2025 complaint describes a serious payment dispute. The reviewer alleged that someone on Facebook Marketplace had collected payment while posing as the person ordering the dumpster, and that Henry then demanded payment again and dumped the contents back in the reviewer’s yard. The reviewer said police were called and advised taking the matter to court. These are the customer’s allegations. A separate one-star review that month also complained of poor customer service. Other dated customers describe successful scheduling and placement. In March 2025, one reviewer said Nick explained the options and answered questions, with delivery and collection both occurring at the contracted 7 a.m. times. In April 2025, Ken LeBlanc of Seaside Roofing and Siding in North Chatham praised drivers’ maneuvering in tight Cape Cod spaces and their use of heavy-duty wood beneath the dumpster corners to protect driveways. A February 2024 customer described using five dumpsters and getting the particular placements they requested each time. A July 2023 reviewer said the rental included two weeks and described extra charges for air conditioners, mattresses and chemicals. In May 2024, another customer reported delivery within hours, easy pickup and online bill payment. Those customers’ rental terms and delivery timing describe their experiences at the time.
