Cape Cod Gutter Monkeys

Cape Cod Gutter Monkeys run gutter cleaning, repair and installation out of a 7,000-square-foot warehouse in Mashpee, where they extrude seamless aluminum gutter on site rather than ordering it in. The company holds a Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #193496, verified active in the state registry in the company's own name, and carries an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. The track record is one of the deepest on the Cape for this trade: 49 written reviews between 2018 and 2026 and a 4.8-star Google average across 87 ratings, with six reviews in the last six months and none of them negative. Homeowners describe two distinct jobs done well. Routine cleaning gets praised for speed and tidiness, including a 2023 customer who watched the crew bag the debris as they worked so there was no cleanup, and a 2024 reviewer who was quoted over the phone and had the gutters cleaned the same day. Full replacements draw the most detailed accounts. A homeowner whose rear gutter, drip edge and fascia were taken out by a pine tree in the Blizzard of 2026 called them for the rebuild after years of cleanings. A 2026 reviewer had two gutters replaced, the rest cleaned, and was given things to watch for. A 2025 customer described a full replacement and upgrade as excellent from start to finish with reasonable pricing and communicative scheduling, and a 2023 customer said Andy came out the morning after a call about leaking five-year-old gutters and sent two proposals the same day. Crew members are named constantly in the reviews, which is unusual at this size. The complaints are few but specific, and they cluster on installations and scheduling. A November 2025 customer who chose them despite higher quotes elsewhere said the new gutters became dislodged after installation and needed return visits. A 2024 customer says a crew that was supposed to flush an underground drain system instead filled the drains with dirt, capped them, and added short downspout bends that left water pooling next to the foundation. Another 2024 reviewer took a day off, was never shown up for, and felt the company had grown too big for the individual homeowner. In 2026 a Reddit commenter recommended them for a three-story condo building, and another did the same in 2025. They are a strong call for gutter cleaning and seamless gutter replacement anywhere on the Cape, especially on tall or awkward runs. If your job involves underground drains or buried leaders, get the drainage plan in writing, and confirm the appointment the day before.
